We like to keep things simple and transparent. Below you’ll find our policies and fees designed to make your booking experience smooth, predictable, and stress-free. 

Travel Policy & Service Area

Free Service Area

 Events within 15 miles of Kingman, AZ include free travel — no extra charge. 

Flat-Rate Travel Fees (Round-Trip Included)

  • Laughlin: $35
  • Bullhead City: $40
  • Fort Mohave: $50
  • Lake Havasu City: $75

Other Destinations

For events outside our free service area and not listed above, travel is billed at $0.70 per mile round-trip. We’re happy to quote travel pricing for other destinations on request.

Why We Do This

Our photo booths and equipment require secure transport, and travel fees help cover time, fuel, and vehicle wear. By keeping travel pricing simple and transparent, you’ll always know what to expect before booking.

Late-Night / Extended Hours Fee

 We know parties often run late — we love that! But to make sure our team is treated fairly and operates safely, we apply a late-night surcharge for events that run past 10:00 p.m. 

 

  • A $50 fee per hour (or portion thereof) will be added to your invoice for each hour after 10:00 p.m.
     
  • Example: ending at 11:00 p.m. = +$50; ending at midnight = +$100
     
  • Please note: We do not schedule events past midnight  unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These guidelines help us provide great service while keeping our team safe.

Payments & Deposits

 A $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date unless otherwise stated on your estimate or invoice.


Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. At Snaphub Photo Booths, LLC’s discretion, a deposit may be transferred one time to a new event date if the request is made at least 14 days before the event and the new date is available.


Unless alternate payment terms are approved in writing, the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the event.


Approved schools, businesses, and organizations may be granted invoice terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, approved invoice terms are due within 30 days from the date of service.

Service Modifications and Cancellations

Making Changes: We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify the details of your booking, such as the date, time, location, or selected services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes based on availability.


Changes requested within 14 days of the event may incur a $50 modification fee.

 

Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. At Snaphub Photo Booths, LLC’s discretion, a deposit may be transferred one time to a new event date if the request is made at least 14 days before the event and the new date is available.


Cancellation Policy: To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.


Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are responsible for the full rental amount listed on the estimate or invoice.

Event Day Requirements:  For your event, please make sure the following are available so we can set up and operate smoothly:

  • A clear 10x10 foot area for the photo booth 
  • Access to a power source within 15 feet 
  • Confirmation on whether the event is indoor or outdoor 
  • Availability of WiFi, if required 
  • Reasonable access for setup and teardown 


Travel outside our free service area may incur a fee; see our Travel Policy for details.


If the event location, layout, weather, power access, or venue restrictions prevent safe or reasonable setup, Snaphub Photo Booths, LLC may modify, delay, or decline service.


Add-Ons and Customizations:  Enhance your experience with our customizable options, including:

  • Customized backdrops 
  • Personalized photo templates 
  • Premium props and accessories 
  • Inflatable LED backdrop 
  • Prop table 
  • VIP red carpet setup 


 Custom Templates & Design Changes:  Each booth rental includes one custom photo or video template/overlay design.


Minor wording, color, or layout changes are included before the final design is approved.


After the design is approved, additional template changes may incur a $25 design change fee.


Template changes requested within 48 hours of the event may not be guaranteed.

  • Create custom overlays, templates, and event experiences

  • Market Snaphub Photo Booths, LLC, when permitted 


Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Square. We do not store full credit card numbers on our website.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy and security policies.


Event Photos, Videos, and Galleries

As part of our services, Snaphub may capture photos, videos, GIFs, or other media during events.

Event media may be delivered through an online gallery, sharing platform, text, email, AirDrop, or similar delivery method depending on the booth and event setup.

Snaphub may use event media for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless the client requests in writing before the event that media not be used for marketing.

Snaphub makes reasonable efforts not to use close-up images or videos of guests who reasonably appear to be under 18 years old for marketing purposes without permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized event representative.


Children’s Privacy

Snaphub does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Our services are intended to be booked and managed by adults, parents, schools, organizations, businesses, or event hosts.


Children may appear in photos or videos as event guests, but bookings, payments, contracts, and communications are handled by adults or authorized representatives.


If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and delete the information if appropriate.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information.


We may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate our business and provide services, including:

  • Payment processors 
  • Website hosting providers 
  • Booking or scheduling tools 
  • Photo booth software providers 
  • Gallery or media delivery platforms 
  • Email, text, or communication tools 
  • Professional advisors, if needed

No website, payment system, internet transmission, or storage method is completely secure. We keep customer, booking, invoice, contract, and event information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and operate our business.


Event galleries or media may be stored for a limited time or longer for business, portfolio, or customer service purposes.

  • Request deletion of certain information, where appropriate 
  • Opt out of marketing use of event media
